Lim Eng Chong

Mr. Lim has a total of 45 years working experience with 10 years in construction, and 35 years in contracts management, contractual advisory, and/or dispute avoidance and resolution. He is both a professional engineer registered with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia as well a member of the Malaysian Bar. Regular speaker at Institution of Engineers seminars and forums as well as to other bodies on construction contracts and law. He jointly updated Halsbury’s Laws of Malaysia Building and Construction title in 2006 and 2012.
Legal Senior Consultant
Our Legal Senior Consultant has more than 25 years in the law and has been called to the Malaysian Bar. In addition to the fact that all her experience as a lawyer is solely in construction law (including as a partner in a major construction specialist legal firm), she also possesses a degree in construction management. She has published articles on construction contracts and spoken occasionally on construction contracts and law.

Senior Consultant in Planning and Scheduling
A construction planner with a first degree in construction management. His entire working experience of ten years is in construction planning and scheduling of which eight years was with Malaysia’s top ten contractors. He is therefore experienced in delay analysis and preparation of EOT claims but due to being a part of project planning team is also well versed in Building Information Management and all constructional details.

Our Senior Consultant in Quantity Surveying has more than ten years’ experience in all aspects of quantity surveying and administration of construction projects from project inception to accounts closing and is thus familiar with evaluation of changes in terms of both financial and time impacts.
The team therefore possesses both breadth and depth in the administration of construction contracts and is well equipped to handle any disputes which may be faced by developers and contractors who have to defend against or claim additional payment and time during the course of works as well as after the completion of physical works.
